I have been interested in colours and what colours suit people since 2011. I have done training in both 12-seasonal palette system and am currently training for the 16 seasonal palette system.
My motivation has been to help people find garments they want to wear for many years, and therefore reduce the overconsumption of fast fashion clothing, which is a major environmental problem. Also knowing your colours will help reduce the amount of bad buys.
About me
Hi, my name is Charlotte Synniva, I am 36 years old, from Norway. My interest in colour analysis made me start my own business in 2023 after completing training as a colour analyst.
My motivation
My motivation for starting color analysis stems from an interest in the environment and sustainability. I found it difficult to invest in good quality garments, when I often experienced that items I had bought was left untouched in my wardrobe. The result was buying a lot of fast fashion in stead, because of the price. I thought it has to be a lot of people feeling the same way. Knowing my colours was the key to break this habit for me, and I hope it is the same for others as well. Knowing your colours will result in you making the right choices in the store, and buy things you want to wear for a long time.
