Q&A
Can I get a color analysis online?
Yes! I offer both an online service and an in-person service in Tonsberg, Norway.
How do I get a color analysis?
-
Purchase the service under the "Services" section.
-
You’ll receive a downloadable PDF with instructions.
-
Follow the steps — I’ll need a few photos and answers to some questions to perform your analysis.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Typically within 5 business days (Monday–Friday). If delays occur (e.g. holidays), I’ll notify you.
I’ve ordered but haven’t received anything. What should I do?
After purchasing, a file download link with instructions should appear.
If you missed it or had trouble downloading, email me at bysynniva@outlook.com and I’ll resend it.
Who is color analysis for?
Everyone! The minimum age is 16, as children's coloring can shift during development.
If I look like someone, will I suit the same colors?
Not necessarily. Even identical twins can suit different palettes — that’s the magic of color analysis.
What happens to my photos and personal info?
They are used solely to perform your analysis and create your report.
-
All data is confidential
-
Nothing is shared without explicit consent
-
Photos are deleted after the analysis is complete
Can I get a refund?
-
Finished analyses and reports are non-refundable
-
However, if there are special circumstances or you haven’t used the service yet, please reach out — I’m happy to help
-
If you feel something is off in your results, contact me — I’ll gladly take another look
Does my palette apply to makeup too?
Absolutely! Your palette works for:
-
Clothing
-
Makeup
-
Nail polish
-
Accessories
Focus especially on colors near your face, as they have the biggest visual impact.
What if I don’t like the colours in my palette?
It’s common to need time to adjust. But remember:
-
Wear what you love
-
Confidence is more important than any palette
-
The palette is a guide, not a rulebook
Do my best colours change as I age?
No — your color palette remains consistent throughout life. That’s why this is such a valuable long-term investment.
Do tanning, hair dye, or makeup changes affect my palette?
No, your natural colouring — not temporary changes — determines your palette.
However, some dyed hair or makeup choices might clash with your natural tones.
What determines which colours suit me?
Key factors:
-
Skin undertone
-
Contrast in your facial features
-
Light/dark value in features
-
Level of intensity
Note: Undertone is not the same as skin overtone — you can have a warm surface tone and a cool undertone, or vice versa.
How is my privacy protected?
-
Your information is treated with strict confidentiality
-
Nothing is shared online or on social media without your explicit permission
-
I will always ask before using any content for examples or promotion
